Daren is a lifelong resident of Lee’s Summit, Missouri, where he and his wife of over 37 years have raised their two children. During his professional career, Daren has had responsibilities for the overall management of varied disciplines, including human resources, corporate operations, training and education, benefits and salary administration, general office management, franchise services, communication, corporate marketing and event management, as well as community service outreach programs.    

Daren is active in community service, where he has served in leadership roles in his community, as well as serving as a Board and Committee member with several non-profit organizations in the area. Daren also serves as a Human Resource Coach / Mentor for a national organization that supports military personnel leaving active duty and transitioning into civilian professions.  

Daren received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Missouri-Columbia and his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Tulsa College of Law.
